Triangle Vein Clinic provides our patients with a patient portal through our EHR, StreamlineMD. This allows the patient to view and obtain their medical records digitally.
We strongly encourage each patient to create their individual account and take full advantage of this technology.

To create a Patient Portal account, you must receive an invite from Triangle Vein Clinic via text or email. Once generated from TVC, you will receive a letter like Portal Instructions.pdf with a temporary User Name and Temporary Password. Follow the instructions in this letter to create your individual account.
